Watering & Humidity
Ready to Grow
The kit does not need to be submerged in water. It comes fully colonized and with the right level of moisture to start fruiting. Simply follow the provided instructions to achieve the best results.
Daily Misting
Spray 2-3 times daily with the included mister. Keep surface moist but not waterlogged.
Humidity Tent
Use the plastic bag to create a humid environment. Leave slightly open for air circulation.
Temperature & Light
Ideal Temperature
Keep between 18-24°C (64-75°F). Room temperature is usually perfect.
Light Requirements
Indirect natural light or normal room lighting. Avoid direct sunlight.
Air Circulation
Ensure gentle air movement. Avoid drafts or direct air conditioning.
Timeline & Harvesting
Days 1-3: Pin Formation
Small mushroom pins will appear. Continue misting regularly.
Days 4-7: Growth
Mushrooms will double in size daily. Maintain humidity and temperature.
Days 7-14: Harvest
Harvest when caps flatten out. Cut at base with clean knife or scissors.
Second Flush
Soak again for 12 hours after first harvest for a second crop.

Troubleshooting Common Issues
No mushrooms appearing
- • Check humidity levels - may need more misting
- • Ensure temperature is 18-24°C
- • Try soaking the kit again for 12 hours

Mushrooms growing slowly
- • Increase humidity with more frequent misting
- • Check temperature isn't too cold
- • Ensure adequate but indirect light
- • Improve air circulation slightly
Mushrooms look unhealthy
- • Reduce watering if too wet

- • Remove any contaminated areas
- • Check for proper drainage
Kit dried out
