Living Products

Our mushroom kits contain living organisms. While we guarantee their viability upon arrival, growing success depends on proper care and environmental conditions as outlined in our growing guide.

Your order constitutes an offer to purchase products. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason, including product availability, errors in pricing, or suspected fraudulent activity.

Pricing

All prices are in British Pounds (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price displayed at the time of order confirmation.

Payment

Payment is processed securely through Stripe. We accept major credit cards and debit cards. Payment must be received before order fulfillment.

Shipping Areas

We ship to the United Kingdom and most European countries. Shipping restrictions may apply to certain areas.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers or circumstances beyond our control.

Risk of Loss

Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier. However, we guarantee product quality upon arrival and will replace damaged items.

Satisfaction Guarantee

We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If your mushroom kit does not produce mushrooms or arrives damaged, we will provide a replacement or full refund within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

Returns must be requested through our returns form or by contacting customer service. Physical return of used kits is not required for hygiene reasons.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

Proper Use

You are responsible for proper handling and consumption of harvested mushrooms. Do not consume mushrooms that appear contaminated or spoiled.
